 Chic Quality Foods (PengLai) CO.,Ltd. is a sino-foreign joint venture invested by Fruiti International Ltd. (Virgin Islands) and Penglai Huahai Foods Co., Ltd. The company is located in Penglai, adjacent to Wei-Wu Highway and 50 kilometers away from Yantai Port, 30 kilometers away from Longkou Port and 200 kilometers away from Qingdao Port.
The company was founded in Nov. 2004 and covers an area of 67,000 m2 (including a building area of 30,000 m2 ) with a total investment of RMB 78 million. The company is equipped with 4,000m2 of packaging workshop and heat insulating storehouse, 2 Japanese full-automatic jelly sealing machines, 6 full-automatic plastic-can sealing machines, 1 full-automatic tin-can sealing machine, 3 semi-automatic tin-can sealing machines, with an annual production capacity of more than 20,000 tons.
The company has a staff of 1,500 more or less (including more than 200 managers and technicians). Equipped with microbiology laboratory, physical and chemical analysis room, pesticides residues detect room, new product development room, complete power and water supplying appliance, advanced equipment and strong technical power, the company has rich process experience and research ability of new product development. The company mainly produces canned fruits and jellies such as yellow/white peach in syrup, pear, apple, cherry, strawberry, etc. with a self-owned planting base for yellow peach, pear and cherry of 5,000 mu.
